Florida Digital Turnpike — Email Quota You have a limit of 2 megabytes (2048 kilobytes) of email which can be stored on our server. Your quota may be exceeded if you receive an email with a large file attachment, or don't check your email for an extended period of time. However, if your email program is configured to delete your messages from the server, which it usually is by default, then you have already solved the problem and your mailbox on the server is empty. If you continue receiving the Disk Quota usage on system message, then your email program is probably NOT configured to delete your messages from the server. There are instructions below for the most commonly used email programs on how to make sure you are deleting your messages from the server. If your email program is not listed, or if you require additional support, please email support@fdt.net . Outlook Express 4, 5 Netscape 4+ |
