Florida Digital Turnpike — Frequently Asked Questions

Acceptable Use Policy
This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Florida Digital Turnpike, (hereinafter called FDT) and the account holder and supersedes any other written or oral agreement. Every ISP has one. This is ours.

Dialup Networking
Can't get your password to save or experiencing other dialup networking quirks?

Disk Quota
Your e-mail box (disk space allotted on the FDT server) will only hold so much. If you send or receive frequent e-mail attachments, you will probably exceed your quota someday. Here's what to do.

FTP
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. You use FTP to send or update files on a webpage or to download programs from the Internet. This can be done with an FTP client (recommended) or with your web browser.

Passwords
Save it, protect it, change it, but most important of all, keep it to yourself.

Spam
Spam is net-speak for junk mail. Here's what can you do to avoid it or stop getting unwanted messages.
